Why you should register/update your SIM card details

In compliance with Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority (BOCRA), all SIM Card holders should update their Know Your Customer (KYC) details with their respective Operators by 31st March 2024.

This is to;

1. Secure your SIM card and stay connected

2. Curb fraudulent and criminal activities and

3. To secure SIM card based transactions like Orange Money

How to register/update your SIM card details?

To update your KYC, visit any Orange shop or Orange partner service point (Sefalana, Choppies, CellCity, Botswana Post, Yash Cell etc.) Please call 123 for more information

You will need;

1. Valid ID (Omang) or Passport for foreign nationals

2. For Orange Money customers : a stamped affidavit confirming proof of residential address
